We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-focused Junior IT Project Manager to become a part of our dynamic team. This position is suited for individuals who possess foundational project management skills, excellent communication capabilities, and critical thinking skills. The Junior IT Project Manager will collaborate with senior project managers and various teams to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that support our organization's goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients.
Assist in organizing and tracking project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient project execution.
Support the change management process to promote the adoption of new technologies or practices within the organization.
Help oversee project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial updates.
Team up with leads to effectively allocate and monitor resources for optimal usage.
Identify potential risks in projects and escalate them to senior project managers, along with suggested mitigation strategies.
Create and manage project-related documentation such as meeting notes, progress reports, and updates to project plans.
Arrange and facilitate project meetings, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and action items are clearly assigned.
Offer administrative and logistical support to project managers and teams as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or IT support roles.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (such as Waterfall and Agile).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools (like Monday.com or Jira) is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of business analysis principles.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Familiarity with IT systems and technologies.
