Job Description:

PLease note this is a long term CONTRACT role for a major financial institution. It offers much exposure and potential for extension and more, but please do not apply if you are ONLY seeking perm. It is just a waste of time for both you and us.

Corporate Engagement - General

This is a PM role and for the signature volunteer program of the firm, that allows the people of the firm one day away from work to volunteer on a team-based project with a nonprofit organization.

Principal Responsibilities
• Oversight of a portfolio of over two hundred volunteer projects in order to ensure the success of the program, the internal stakeholder experience, and the partnership with the community organizations (includes: project planning, application review, acceptance and decline; upload of information onto internal Web site, main point of contact for nonprofits and internal stakeholders; grants processing; administration and reporting)
• Represent OCE through delivering program related presentations to nonprofit partners and internal stakeholders
• Conduct programTeam Captain Trainings on a bi-weekly basis
• Communicate with various internal departments to coordinate on-going logistical planning (events, marketing campaign, marketing material distribution & t-shirt fulfillment; drafting communications & training materials)
• Assist with end of season program evaluation with data collection & data analysis
• Multi-task projects and assignments with reporting responsibility to manager
• Plan, coordinate and oversee the transportation for several hundred projects

Skills:

Team player, skilled at managing multiple projects and people

Critical thinker with sound judgment and proven problem solving ability

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills in person, on phone, by email and voicemail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word for presentations and data analysis

Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required
