We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of healthcare facility projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar healthcare construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.
  • Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Team Oversight: Lead and mentor project teams, including project engineers and superintendents, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet healthcare-specific construction standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize project impacts.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project status reports to executive leadership and clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare facility regulations, including Joint Commission, NFPA, and OSHPD requirements.
  • Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects exceeding $50 plus million in value.
