The Lead Program Manager will oversee, and coordinate development and commissioning of gearbox test stands programs within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing complex programs. The Lead Program Manager will work closely with the customer, partner business units, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Monitor programs progress and report on status, risks, and issues.
Engage with customer to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and address any issues or concerns.
Lead program meetings
Track program milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to best practices.
Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately and managed efficiently
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Maintain cost books and program EACs.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with 9 years prior experience in Program Management or equivalent.
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with 7 years prior experience in Program Management or equivalent
Preferred Additional Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with Microsoft Project
International defense program experience preferred
