Position Title: Administrator of Japan Desk and Corporate Governance
ARKRAY is currently seeking a Administrator of Japan Desk and Corporate Governance to enhance communication and cooperation between the Japan Headquarters and the US offices to put us onto the path of further sustainable growth. To provide solid support to both the Japan Headquarters and US offices as we begin relocation to our new US Headquarters.
Qualified candidates within the United States who are willing to relocate to the designated city will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support the President/CEO/COO of the company and expatriates from Japan with scheduling, general administrative tasks, miscellaneous projects, taking minutes, and meeting/travel logistics
English - Japanese translation and interpretation
Creating, checking, and guiding RINGIs (Corporate Governance)
Training and guiding employees on RINGIs and Intramart (Corporate Governance)
Updating RINGIs and Intramart documents/manuals (Corporate Governance)
Provide information of ARKRAY culture/philosophy/topics to all employees of ARKRAY US
Communicate effectively with ARKRAY headquarters in Japan and its other subsidiaries, President/CEO of the company and executives/employees
Act effectively as the intermediary between the ARKRAY headquarters and its subsidiaries to ensure mutual understanding, adherence to deadlines and agreed upon objectives, as well as enact course corrections when necessary
Inter-departmental and inter-organizational administrative duties as needed
Draft communications to respective personnel on behalf of the President/CEO/COO
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and working on confidential business initiatives
Knowledge and Skills
Bilingual in English and Japanese - must be fluent for both interpretation and translation
Two or more years of Administration experience required
Two or more years of Project Coordination experience required
Efficiency in Microsoft Office software required
College degree in related field preferred
