Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Projects:
Engage with customers to gather project requirements and expectations.
Collaborate with internal operations and procurement teams to develop pricing and generate quotes.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing purchase orders, addressing issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the manufacturing process.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance project tracking, communication, and delivery efficiency.
Roll up monthly reports on project status and invoicing for review by the senior.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
3+ years of experience in project or program management in electronics design or manufacturing (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Enthusiasm, diligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer and company objectives.
Coordinate regular cadence meetings with the senior engineering team and customers to discuss project progress and resolve issues.
Support senior technical management in estimating tasks, developing quotations, and preparing monthly invoices.
