Essential Functions
In this role, you'll be a central player in bringing construction projects to life by:
Managing Project Lifecycles: Oversee all aspects from initial lead through project closeout.
Estimating & Take-Offs: Handle conceptual budgets, perform self-work assessments, and analyze costs to set projects up for success.
Document Control: Manage critical project documentation such as Submittals, RFIs, and ensure organized tracking and accessibility.
Financial Oversight: Track finances, manage change orders, and contribute to budgeting processes to keep projects on track.
Scheduling Excellence: Develop master project schedules with input from trade partners and field teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
Leading Meetings: Facilitate all pre-and post-job meetings, fostering transparency and proactive planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary contact between clients, architects, engineers, and field crews to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Partner with Superintendents to anticipate issues, enhance jobsite safety, and address challenges head-on.
Project Closeouts: Ensure that all projects wrap up efficiently and meet our high standards.
Communication & Business Development: Drive effective communication and contribute to business development initiatives to help grow our client base.
Who You'll Work With
You'll report directly to the Director of Construction or the President, and will collaborate closely with:
Owners/Clients to understand project needs and deliver on expectations.
Project Managers, Engineers, and Assistants to share insights and coordinate across teams.
Field Staff and Superintendents to ensure smooth on-site operations.
Warehouse Staff and Trade Partners to support timely and organized project logistics.

Project Scheduling Tools: Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project or similar.
On-Screen Takeoff: Experience with programs like Bluebeam or similar tools.
Familiarity with Vista | Viewpoint | TrimbleOne: Desired but not required.
