Job Description:
FirstFour Staffing is partnered with a reputable organization that is seeking to add a
Construction Project Administrator to their team in Mobile, AL.
***This is an onsite position that cannot be performed remotely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update, schedule, and track projects, including- materials, deadlines, budgets, permits, vendors and more.
- Manage permitting process.
- Expert on all project information, continually updates company on project status
- Facilitate project meetings, document details notes, and collect necessary documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience providing administrative support for engineering or construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
