Job Description:

Travel Requirement: Up to 80% travel

Responsibilities -

Supervision and Installation:
  • Oversee installation of 4G/5G antennas, mounting hardware, RF fiber, AC/DC power cables, and associated connections.
  • Manage the installation and integration of radio cabinets, telecommunications equipment, and DC power systems.
  • Monitor the use of construction and telecommunications tools, including bucket trucks and aerial lifts.

Site Construction & Safety:
  • Conduct site walks and ensure compliance with all safety regulations (OSHA, local guidelines).
  • Validate technical site surveys, scoping packages, and bills of materials.
  • Ensure quality and standards are met throughout implementation and acceptance processes.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
  • Support troubleshooting of RF and fiber optic cables and connections.
  • Handle installation, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of telecommunications cabinets and network nodes.
  • Coordinate equipment repairs and returns.

Project Coordination:
  • Manage supplier activities, including crew schedules, rollout capacity, payments, and safety compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate project activity reports.
  • Approve change requests and review site acceptance documentation.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in network rollout or wireless industry.
  • Expertise in site construction, commissioning, and integration of telecommunications equipment.
  • Knowledge of RAN, RF, microwave transmission, and fiber optic systems.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Experience with T-Mobile integration projects.
  • Certifications in UMTS, LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, and GSM technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Additional Requirement:
  • Hands-on experience with antennae and RF configuration.
  • Electrical training and safe connection practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents such as blueprints and manufacturer specifications.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
