The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPI OPM) plays a key role in launching client new products on time with superior quality and maximum customer availability. NPI's are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of client products.
A successful NPI OPM is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead client & Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) operations team in planning and executing post ramp qualification builds, developmental builds, and line readiness.
Plan capacity and lead factory development / line readiness budget.
Communicate requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with supply chain teams.
Program manage key issues, assess associated risks and communicate clearly across all levels of organization, report current status and options for resolution to cross-functional teams and management.
Work with engineering and demand planning teams to influence and implement design intent for product.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, process engineering or product development
Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
