We manage complex projects and are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team.
Role Overview:
The Assistant Project Manager will report directly to leadership at Vivid Project Management and play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to strategic decisions that drive our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities from inception to completion.
Support leadership in managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and compliance with project plans.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support the goals of Vivid Project Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project management, owner's representation, or a related discipline (internship experience considered).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and the MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry best practices is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
