Our direct Healthcare client located in Newark, NJ has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator on a contract to hire basis. This position will require 2 days a week onsite in Newark.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining the operational aspects of the Intake process
Help in prioritizing Jira requests
Organize and manage backlogs
Create and manage templates for Intake request submissions/Intake forms
Prepare dashboards, metrics and reports on Intake requests, statuses and outcomes for leadership and stakeholder communication.
Serve as a primary POC for troubleshooting issues related to IT intake process
Collaborate with IT intake team, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth transition of requests from Intake to execution.
Prepare and maintain records for audits and ensure the intake process meets compliance requirements.
Required skills:
Experience with Jira (managing the ticketing process)
Create templates in Confluence and managing project related documentation.
Experience working in Waterfall and agile methodologies
