Must have at least 10 years of verifiable experience in residential and commercial luxury property construction. This company has a great culture and offers a competitive compensation package.
Essential Job Functions:
Strongverbal communication skills, including strong phone communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, design team and clients.
Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company's product offerings.
Participate in budget reviews.
Review construction drawings.
Assist with project design and cost control.
Experience with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Contractors Foreman software.
