The HRIS Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for all HRIS-related processes, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and efficient workflows. This role is critical in enhancing the employee experience and enabling HR and business strategies through technology.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and performance.
Maintain accurate employee records, troubleshoot discrepancies, and generate regular and ad hoc reports for leadership.
Identify opportunities for improving system efficiency, streamline processes, and implement new HRIS functionalities.
Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees, ensuring users are well-equipped to utilize the system effectively.
Ensure system compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including GDPR, FLSA, and EEO requirements.
Lead or support HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, module implementations, or integrations with other software.
Partner with IT, payroll, and other departments to address system issues and align HRIS capabilities with organizational needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with [specific HRIS systems, e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Oracle].
Proficiency in HRIS software, data analysis tools, and reporting.
