About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with 4-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related field, and possess strong expertise in AutoCAD. This role requires experience in creating process control documentation, handling equipment installations, and working on fully- or semi-automated manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead new product introductions, including process design, equipment specification, supplier coordination, and transition to mass production.
Manage multiple projects across various production lines, ensuring productivity and safety.
Develop and maintain process documentation.
Support both automated and manual assembly lines.
Coordinate equipment installation and machine setup.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Quality, and Production, to enhance manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, cycle time, and manpower efficiency.
Utilize problem-solving methods like Six Sigma and PDCA to drive continuous improvement.
Focus on automation and innovation to meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
Support the department's strategic goals and budget planning.
Must Haves:
4-7 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience in creating process control documentation and handling equipment installations.
Experience working on fully- or semi-automated manufacturing lines.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong project leadership and collaboration skills.
Technical expertise in AutoCAD and MS Project.
