Office Assistant Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of office and/or leasing experience is highly preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: LIHTC Tax Credit or HUD experience is preferred but not required. Yardi experience is strongly preferred.
Professionalism: Must be professional, assertive, and detail-oriented.
Independence: Ability to work independently and handle varied tasks efficiently.
Office Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Duties: Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents.
Application Processing: Process rental applications and conduct background checks.
Lease Management: Assist in lease preparation and renewals.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and property policies.
Applicant Follow-up: Follow up with applicants and maintain thorough documentation.
Customer Service: Respond to leasing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing and advertising available units.
