The Strategy Sourcing Manager II is the lead on major category sourcing initiatives and/or portfolios and execution of the sourcing mandate for assigned portfolio(s). This role provides professional and specialized support on a range of complex/major sourcing initiatives and category portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic sourcing efforts across indirect spend categories, focused on technology (Software), as well as hardware, professional services, & corporate services.
Analyze spending data to identify cost-saving opportunities, non-contracted spend, and consolidation possibilities among suppliers.
Develop, document, and implement processes and systems aligned with company objectives.
Skillfully negotiate contracts and maintain strong business relationships.
Plan and execute comprehensive supplier business reviews covering all aspects of the supplier-customer relationship.
Regularly update and evaluate performance metrics to drive enhancements.
Ensure suppliers adhere to federal, national, regional, and local laws and guidelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a business discipline preferred
Candidates MUST have at least 6 years of procurement experience, with significant strategic sourcing or category leadership in Indirect Procurement categories required
Must have a proven track record in successful supply chain improvement
