Duties:
Responsible for procuring inventory,
Distribute and disburse items to the appropriate departments
Manage inventory levels and disbursement process
Coordinate with vendors to manage lead times and product stock
Maintain current processes
Update Salesforce system as needed to maintain tracking system for assigned supportive services (SS) as described below:
Coordinator with Director of Operations on needs of the operation
Qualifications:
2 years of Administrative experience purchasing, managing inventory and vendor coordination
Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Outlook and Word
Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, communications or a related field
