The Product Associate's primary responsibility is to support the design process by organizing and tracking samples through all stages of development.
This position will help ensure that all product is prepared for marketing and customer-facing events like photoshoots and fashion shows.
The Product Assist will attend all photoshoot fittings and provide support by taking notes, updating model measurements and coordinating sample tracking before and after.
Serve as wardrobe lead at all photoshoots by prepping the product, ensure that every model is dressed accurately according to design specifications, and assist with any last-minute alterations or repairs.
Prep all product for Sample Acceptance Meetings, and then coordinate sample traffic afterwards according to the outcomes.
Ensure that all product details and attributes are accurate by communicating product and design changes.
Help ensure BOM accuracy by checking sample consistency throughout process.
Provide product continuity by attending Fits & Size-Runs as needed.
Possible design opportunities may become available for interested/qualified candidates.
Collaborate with Marketing Associate on all fittings by preparing samples according to the schedule.
