You will prepare and evaluate installation energy metrics and conduct briefings to a wide range of people and diverse audiences.
You will develop and oversee the Building Energy Monitor program, including providing training and guidance.
You will coordinate training for design professionals, maintenance personnel, and installation personnel on energy technology and efficient operations.
You will recommend funding strategies and bundling of projects for execution, and collaborates with others to develop acquisition strategy.

This is a bargaining unit position.
Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
The incumbent serves as the Installation Energy Manager (IEM) and ensures development and execution of a comprehensive energy program overseeing complex engineering solutions to energy conservation, renewable energy and energy requirements.
Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal Service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector using a thorough knowledge of energy mandates, programs and processes to develop and implement an installation Energy and Water Plan and other energy policies and directives.
Conducting energy audits for project development.
Developing metrics and evaluation criteria to measure program effectiveness.
