Position Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals using TVM Media's innovative advertising solutions. This position involves managing client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention, and technical support. You will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and measurable success.

Location: Chicago/Detroit, LA, NYC or Miami

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned venues.
  • Understand venue goals and expectations
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess progress and identify opportunities for growth.

Campaign Onboarding and Execution
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with TVM Media's advertising platform.
  • Monitor engagement and user activity and proactively recommend adjustments to maximize engagement.

Problem Solving and Advocacy
  • Address client concerns promptly, ensuring resolution to satisfaction.
  • Advocate for clients internally, championing their needs and goals.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in OOH advertising, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and trends; experience in bar/nightlife hospitality is a plus.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 USD

*Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
