Insight Global is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our clients' digital services team in Stamford, CT. This person will be responsible for joining the BAU support group which handles outbound call chats and interactive voice response reporting for any customer service inquiries. This person will need to quickly respond to customer issues and be able to fix things quickly. They will use SQL on a daily basis to write queries and be able to go into a database to figure out an issue with little context. They will also be responsible for maintenance of their various systems. This job will be performed 4 days a week on-site in Stamford and one day remote.
