About the Role:

Master of Events: Plan, coordinate, and execute must-attend events-think packed game days, themed nights, and private parties-drawing both locals and visitors alike.
Marketing & Promotions Extraordinaire: Develop standout marketing campaigns, social media buzz, and in-house promotions that keep PB Shore Club at the top of everyone's list.
Community-Focused: Build relationships with our guests, local businesses, and vendors to keep PB Shore Club a welcoming destination for all.
Operational & Financial Excellence: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure everything from inventory to customer service runs smoothly.
Ideal Candidate:
5+ Years of Management Experience: You have a strong management background in a high-volume bar or restaurant and know how to keep things organized in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build relationships with suppliers, strong knowledge of inventory control, repairs, maintenance and technical skills around Audio Visual matrix.
Events & Marketing Pro: Skilled in creating events and campaigns that captivate, with a proven record of drawing in crowds and boosting brand visibility.
Financially Savvy: You understand budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to keep operations profitable. Must be very experienced with excel, word. Toast, Restaurant 360, Patron Scan a plus.
Natural People Leader: You bring positivity, communication skills, and a commitment to building a team that delivers excellence every day.
