Location: **Lansing, MI**

hybrid schedule - M, T, Th onsite & W, F remote

some weeks offer 4 10's

Department: Gecon responsible for gas construction parts of what we do in the field.

Team is the single point of contact for process teams out in the field.

Team of 8 across the state - liaison for different areas.

Team highly collaborative, highly engaged.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for receiving daily completions.

Responsible for disseminating information from the union level to management and compiling all Communications that need to go out.

Reporting safety incidents that occur within grid.

Reporting and communicating information regarding the stopping of a job, any moral type of thing going on.

Statewide responsibilities.

Could travel for meetings or team sessions - choose a location in the middle, typical Lansing.

Create and maintain dashboards within Power BI system.

Create PowerPoint presentations.

Track and maintain a lot of targets and metrics - target vs. actual reporting.

Skills:

Highly proficient excel - 5+ years

Access is a plus

MS suite (word, PP, etc.)

Dashboard experience with Power BI

Heavily skilled in creating and maintaining workflows and spreadsheets

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years' experience working in an office setting

Familiar with construction sites

Same experience working with nonunion and union professionals

Technical data analyst/scientist- managing and tracking data

Continuous improvement
