What You'll Do
As the General Manager, you'll:
Serve as the key point of contact for customers, staff, and vendors.
Inspire and develop a high-performing team through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
Implement and oversee company-approved processes and procedures.
Your Responsibilities
Create a Welcoming Environment: Be the face of the brand, ensuring a positive atmosphere for staff, customers, and vendors.
Motivate and Mentor: Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure Cleanliness & Compliance: Maintain high standards in cleanliness and enforce health and safety regulations.
Monitor KPIs: Drive profitability, reduce waste, and contribute to revenue growth.
Oversee the Menu: Manage the beer and food menus to maintain quality and inventory.
Report Operations: Submit timely operational reports and ensure all processes run smoothly.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Taproom/Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong customer service background and leadership skills.
Extensive knowledge of food, beverages, and craft beer.
