Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and support our Registered Agent (RA) division. This onsite role involves managing shipments, processing mail, and ensuring secure, efficient operations. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Mail Processing: Document, sort, pack, and ship customer packages following established processes and procedures.
Rejection Management: Identify and document non-customer mail daily in accordance with company guidelines.
Operational Monitoring: Track mail flow from remote locations to processing centers, investigating disruptions, opening cases, contacting vendors, and managing refunds/claims.
Office Security: Ensure sensitive information remains secure and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals.
Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of processes and technologies to maximize efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3+ years in a high-volume, process-oriented production, order fulfillment, legal, or service environment.
BS or BA or equivalent experience required.
Strong proficiency with Google Suite.
Ability to work overtime, including holidays, as needed.
