The Production & Print Team Lead is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting all printing equipment in the company. Operates various types of printing machines including digital UV printers and offset large scale printers. Assists with training new print operators. Maintains quality control standards across product lines and reports issues and deficiencies to the Production Manager. Acts as Production Manage in their absence.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Operate various types of printing machines.
Maintains excellent service by following organization quality standards.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment and conducts routine and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoots issues with printing machines and makes basic repairs.
Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.
Assists with training new print operators.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
What you need to Succeed:
At least 2 years related experience required.
Previous experience with digital art is a plus!
Familiar with Lean Principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory & coaching skills.
