We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Landmark Bar & Kitchen, a high-volume bar and restaurant in the Fort Worth area. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless execution of service and events.
Drive sales and profitability in a venue with a 75/25 revenue split between alcohol and food.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Manage budgets, staffing, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain operational efficiency.
Maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, catering to a diverse customer base.
Implement marketing initiatives and collaborate on events to drive traffic and revenue.

Proven track record as a General Manager in high-volume restaurants, bars, casual dining, or nightlife venues.
