We are seeking a dynamic and organized Team Coordinator. This role is pivotal in supporting Project managers and Superintendents with clerical, administrative, and accounting tasks necessary for selling and managing jobs. This is an at-will position, offering an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
File management
Answering phones
Setting up new jobs
Dispatching/scheduling
Coordinate with other departments
Administrative support to Project Managers
Customer & vendor communication
Project tracking & reporting
Timely invoicing & collections

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years' experience in property restoration and TPA assignments
WHAT IS THE SHIFT?
First shift Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm
Mandatory on-call rotation- PTO time given
