What your future day will look like:
Manage BIM projects from design to operation.
Develop protocols, implement quality control and coordinate data modeling.
Collaborate with other project members include designers, projects managers, engineers and architects.
Review, create and submit 3D models, shop drawings and detailed plans.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
5+ years in HVAC design and engineering.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
Proficient with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Ability to oversee multiple projects at a time.
