Russell Tobin is actively seeking highly skilled Administrative and Executive Administrative Assistants with prior work experience at Microsoft. We have various opportunities available, ranging from hybrid roles to fully onsite positions in the Redmond, WA area.

Responsibilities Include:
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements for executives
Coordinating and organizing team events, meetings, and communications
Preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents
Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Performing general office duties including filing, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Minimum of 3 years experience with calendar management and coordinating multiple schedules simultaneously.
Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Office suite- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
Minimum of 1-year experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Degree preferred.
