Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.78/hour

Duration: 4-months

Location: St. Louis, MO 63102

Job Description:

Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.

Skills/Experience:
  • Knowledge of Recordable documents
  • Knowledge/experience with an electronic recording platform.
  • Knowledge of recording requirement/guidelines for multiple recording jurisdictions.
  • Well organized with the ability to handle multiple functions and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Title Company and/or Mortgage experience,
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team.

Education:

Minimum: High School Graduate

Preferred: College Graduate
