Roles and Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations, personnel matters and logistics of the organization • Review and prepare materials for executive leadership, C-Suite and Management Board audiences • Manage regulatory requirements & audit point deliverables while managing ad-hoc and periodic reporting across the organization • Examine internal operations and identify areas of improvement • Evaluate organization's performance by analyzing and interpreting organizational data and metrics • Implement business strategies and plans in alignment with enterprise vision and goals • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key partners & stakeholders to help shape agenda • Create, manage and review/update monthly headcount and cost center information and resource management, including organizational charts, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and expense related systems and approval processes
Must have Skills: Ability to analyze large amounts of data (budgets/ trends/ optimizations) Ability to analyze business processes to make improvements Knowledge of PowerBI (data visualization and graphs/ take excel data and create dashboards), JIRA (board to track work and demand management; dashboards) SharePoint (document management) Understanding of organization metrics (KPIs)
