Key Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments for customers. Submit warranty authorizations to manufacturers. Review RV repairs with customers during drop-off and pick-up. Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. Encourage technicians to work efficiently to complete RV repair jobs. Communicate with customers regarding repair updates. Schedule jobs for technicians on a daily basis. Oversee warranty funds and service department operations. Create Job Tickets and Process the transaction with the customer. Work closely with Sales and Parts Department for scheduling and a smooth customer experience. Collaborate with the Shop Foreman to ensure technicians remain productive. What We're Looking For:
A mechanical background is encouraged to better understand the repair process. Strong customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be Organized! Motivated to learn the role-we are happy to train the right person! Someone who wants to have a career in the RV Industry with opportunities for growth.
Hours & Pay:
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Pay: Competitive rate, based on skill set and motivation to learn. Why Join Holiday RV?
