Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Writer to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for producing high-quality technical content.

As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with our client's team to produce multiple outputs for product development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Editing text for spelling, grammar, style guidelines, and clarity
- Checking organization and verifying consistency in tone and presentation
- Identifying inconsistencies across product lines
- Checking images for accuracy, correct positioning, and layout
- Collaborating with a team of writers, editors, graphic designers, and information architects

The ideal candidate will have a degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent writing experience. They will also possess:
- Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and the ability to recognize patterns
- Good project management skills
- High organizational skills and the ability to manage their time effectively

Experience with XML (preferably DITA XML), a Content Management System (preferably a component content management system), and the medical device industry are all considered a plus.
