Overview: A Content Strategist is responsible for planning, designing, creating, editing, and publishing relevant content that aligns with the company's business objectives and user needs. The primary goal is to develop a content strategy that achieves business goals by informing, entertaining, inspiring, and engaging potential customers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning: Includes creation, curation, planning, and research.


• Content Creation: Brainstorm and produce engaging content types.


• Content Alignment: Ensure web content aligns with the brand and adds value to clients.


• SEO Knowledge: Utilize SEO research software and web analytics platforms.


• Customer Persona Research: Collect and analyze information about target customer personas.


• Content Strategy Development: Devise strategies to convert new and existing customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct exhaustive research to understand customer personas.


• Analyze consumer thoughts and trends.


• Create content specifications tailored to the brand's personas.


• Strategize content pillars and sub-pillars.


• Plan the editorial calendar and content proposition.


• Collaborate with content management, creative teams, and writers.


• Oversee writing style and tone for all content.


• Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice.


• Ensure content consistency across all platforms.


• Conduct periodic content audits.


• Track and calculate content ROI.


• Ensure content strategy meets business objectives.


• Improve content delivery and promotion strategies.


• Evaluate the effectiveness of content marketing strategies.
