Job Description:
Location: Norwalk, CT
Salary: $160,000.00 USD Annually - $170,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Head of Product Engineering & Design
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related field required
• Experience as an Engineering Manager, in product design-for-manufacture capacity
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel development simultaneously
• Commitment to innovation and problem-solving, "roll up the sleeves" approach
• Experience managing BOMs and products in an ERP system (Epicor preferred)
• Familiarity with design control in an ISO 9001 environment
