Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $22.00 USD Hourly - $24.00 USD Hourly

Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Fulfillment Specialist/Data Entry Specialist for a REMOTE position with one of biggest clients!



Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST



Location: Remote (Must reside in the EST time zone). Equipment provided!



Pay: $22-24/hr










Job Description:



The Fulfillment Specialist is a vital role, responsible for entering confidential member information into our system, including surveys and questionnaires. Additionally, handle incoming requests for educational materials and equipment for our members.










Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry for incoming questionnaires with excellent attention to detail.
  
  


• Complete orders for materials and equipment using various internal and external vendors and processes.
  
  


• Handle various administrative tasks as needed, such as data collating, documentation, and special projects.
  
  

Qualifications:

• A college degree and/or 2+ years of professional experience.
  
  


• Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
  
  


• Proficient in G Suite and comfortable using Mac computers.
  
  


• Must be comfortable learning new software and technology tools.
  
  


• Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
  
  


• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
  


• Salesforce experience is a plus; familiarity with Slack and Zoom is also beneficial.
