IT Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst will work with the Quality Assurance Testing Lead and team members to ensure that the high-quality needs of the system, projects or initiatives are met and delivered to the end users in a timely manner. The role entails testing all aspects of the Salesforce and Web ecosystems including the Salesforce Delaware Life Marketing (DLM) and/or Salesforce Gainbridge (GB) platforms, any related integration points, related systems and user Interfaces, databases, and upstream or downstream feeds. The analyst will also become familiar with automation as it pertains to testing any of the above areas using UiPath, an RPA testing tool and platform, and may ultimately participate in automated testing.
The successful candidate will take on a testing role in multiple projects with the key responsibilities listed below.
