Position: R&D Technician (Entry Level)

Department: Research & Development

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level R&D Technician. In this role, you will work closely with the R&D team to support the design, development of products and manufacturing processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to characterize current processes and quantify potential process improvements.


• Work with operators to understand the nuances of processes and develop standard operating procedures.


• Troubleshoot and suggest creative solutions to design and process issues.


• Conduct experiments and tests to assess the performance of products.


• Effectively communicate technical results and recommendations by summarizing data and communicating results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in ln Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.


• Dedication to delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Strong Technical writing skills


• Flexible team player, self-motivated, ability to be adaptable and to work independently and as part of a team.
