The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of internal employee events and external community events, which will be the core focus of the role. The coordinator will also handle internal communication initiatives, provide general support to the MarCom team, and assist with meeting logistics and presentation development. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating across departments. Experience with event planning, internal communications, meeting logistics, and presentation development is preferred.

Support efforts to enhance employee engagement through clear, consistent communication that aligns with organizational goals.
System Meeting Logistics and Presentation Development:
Organize and coordinate logistics for key internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and materials preparation.
Assist in creating visually appealing and informative presentations for leadership and team meetings, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging standards.
Track meeting outcomes and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Provide general support for meetings, including notetaking and managing presentation flow.
MarCom Team Support:
Provide logistical and administrative support for MarCom team initiatives, including offsite events, team meetings, and collaborative projects.
Assist with marketing and communication tasks, including content development, social media support, and coordination with vendors or external partners.
Help manage and coordinate additional marketing initiatives and community engagement needs as they arise.
Ensure all communications and activities align with the overall marketing and communications strategy.
