· Will work in conjunction with Supervisors on a day to day basis
· Responsible for Boring Equipment set-ups and managing operators
· Organize personnel according to daily schedule.
· Verifies that all machinery is producing at company standards as well as Quality and Safety.
· Ensure company safety standards at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Experience:
5 years of manufacturing experience as a Machine Operator
Previous experience with Boring Equipment
Skills:
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
Ability to assess and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must possess full knowledge of setup/change over all equipment within the cell/line, and perform them at standard operating rates within minimum downtime.
Must have Drawing/Blueprint reading ability, Quality control experience using calipers, and basic math skills (calculate measurements).
