Who we are looking for

State Street seeks to recruit a Key Management Program senior engineer able to support a variety of of enterprise key management functions and deliverables within the Key Management Program. This includes leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of cryptographic key mamagement systems for Internet of Things (IoT) devices in the State Street environment. This role requires an individual with deep knowledge of IoT devices in a corporate environment, understanding of Key Management Systems (KMS), and enterprise key management practices.

What you will be responsible for

As an Senior Key Management Engineer:

• Architect and maintain a scalable and secure key management solution for IoT devices in a corporate environment


• Oversee the key management lifecycle and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and standards in private and public cloud environments


• Develop and implement seucre onboarding processes for IoT devices to ensure compliance with technical security standards


• Partner with teams across State Street and vendors to evaluate and implement cryptographic solutions.

These skills will help you succeed in this role

• An understanding of key management and certificate management


• Deep understanding of IoT devices in a corporate environment


• Strong problem solving and analytical skills


• Ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment


• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

• Experience with information protection or related functions demonstrated through work, military, or education


• Experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, tracking, and reporting demonstrated through work, military, or education


• Strong background in cyber security, key management, public cloud security, private cloud security, certificate management, and IoT device management

Salary Range:
$140,000 - $222,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
