The Sales Operations Support team in Naples, Florida (Inc.) is responsible for supporting the data and processes within the Arthrex Integrated System (AXIS) Salesforce.com platform. We are searching for an intern to assist with the data maintenance and integrity within the platform. The individual will perform various data entry tasks and projects under the direction of the Sales Operations leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This internship will run from May 2025 - August 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective:

  • To assist the Sales Operations Support Team with data maintenance and special projects within the AXIS/Salesforce platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Monthly NPI update file: Maintain monthly HCP update files obtained thought the CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES).

  • General data maintenance: a. Ensure that contacts in AXIS are free of duplicates, have current and accurate information, and enhance basic contact information related to activities, notes, classifications, and additional key data.

  • Arthrex.com lead processing: Research and process all US and International leads obtained by Arthrex.

  • Analysis of CRM data thru matches, Excel Vlookups, sql queries, to align multiple sources for cleanup or uploads, and document for repeatable processing.

  • HCP Fellowship maintenance: Enter all HCP Fellowship data into AXIS and maintain regularly as the Fellowship programs are updated.

  • Develop simple reports and dashboards in the available analytic platforms for Health-checks and validations.

Education and Experience:

  • Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A college junior or senior preferred. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel required.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM, Power BI and SF CRM Analytics preferred.
