For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

Our team is focused on designing and building a portfolio of energy products to serve customers in their residential and solar needs. We are currently seeking highly motivated Engineering Program Managers, who will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the programs they oversee.

You will be responsible for the final delivery of program(s) through planning and execution of activities required to meet program goals, working extensively with engineering, product, supply chain, and many other departments across the company.

What will you do?


  • Be a strong leader, acting like the "COO" of your program

  • Be the primary point of contact across the broader organization for anything related to your program. This includes presenting updates to executives, and collaborating with teams & individuals across the company to ensure overall success

  • Leverage your broad knowledge of x-functional activities to help programs strategically navigate through complex issues.

  • Ensure the engineering & broader teams are aligned on goals and milestones across the Product Development Process

  • Own the budget, schedule, and cost of your products.

  • Support the team in mitigating risks and navigating complex issues that arise during development & launch

  • Run efficient meetings and be a strong communicator, ensuring that team members get the information they need, when they need it.

  • BS in relevant technical or engineering discipline, with 7 years of experience in program management

  • Experience managing large x-functional engineering and operational teams working on new product development

  • Experience working with vendors globally (manufacturing & engineering)

  • Strong written and oral presentation skills

  • Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multi-cultural and global team, be a team player in a few projects within a fast-paced work environment.
