Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager IV in Seattle, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
Project/Program Manager IV will be executing on controls strategies
Driving control design and implementation with engineering, business, and accounting teams
Contributing to deep dives on process areas to define the set of risk and controls in addressing financial reporting risk
Ensuring there are adequate controls over critical components of the ecosystem
Advising on and designing controls and compliance programs
Providing ongoing support to process owners/control owners and cross-functional teams to ensure controls are designed and implemented effectively
Participating in annual walkthroughs with process/application/control owners across the company and external auditors
Supporting the quarterly 302 sub-certification process and related reporting
As a Project/Program Manager IV, you will be assisting in the evaluation of identified control deficiencies and monitoring of remediation efforts
Assisting with system implementation and migration and respective SDLC controls
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
IT SOX Compliance skills/IT Audit experience/Risk Control and Compliance experience
Security background
Big 4 Company Accounting Firms Experience/Corp experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Experience of increasing responsibility leading teams and driving technology risk management processes, methodologies, and tools
IT Internal controls experience in a publicly traded company or public accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
Public accounting experience in assurance or advisory roles for large global publicly traded companies
Skilled in IT risk analysis and making operational and technical trade-offs between short versus long-term risk mitigation goals
Multidisciplinary experience in risk management, program management and accounting and deep experience with ITGCs
Proven ability to take ownership, self-motivate, and deliver results in highly ambiguous environments
Aptitude for leading teams; Influencing and galvanizing others to follow you toward a solution
Ability to exercise sound judgement, problem solve, and make decisions in complex situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive level presentations
Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
