RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Learning and Development Project Manager.

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our USTT Digital & Analytics team, focusing on Talent transformation initiatives from both a systems and process perspective. The individual will need to demonstrate strong project management skills, be very collaborative and detail oriented to coordinate meetings, track and update project plans, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID log). The PM will create project materials, support design sessions, user acceptance testing, cutover, training, and service rehearsal testing processes as needed.

The Project Manager will have the below responsibilities:

• Create project plans and related resource plans and present to firm leadership


• Manage teams to execute projects leading to timely delivery, quality, and compliance with the project's scope


• Develop key messages and communicate around project updates to leader


• Collaborate with subject matter experts and performance consultants


• May be asked to assist in the development of learning materials associated with the project including instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, handouts, diagrams and pictures, job aids and self-study materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant work experience implementing Talent systems and processes from ideation through deployment


• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

Preferred Skills:

• PMP Certification


• Strong knowledge of leading-edge project management methodologies and experience supporting the implementation of new Talent systems and processes


• Experience in well-being, compensation, benefits administration, and talent processes is preferred


• Strong written/verbal executive communication and presentation skills; Strong listening, facilitation and influencing skills with audiences of all management and leadership levels

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
