Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Hybrid Wireless Network Lead Engineer/Architect to join their team in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Wireless Network Lead Engineer/Architect will work with internal stakeholders to perform application functionality gap analyses and feasibility studies


• Develops and documents technical design specifications to meet business needs


• Drives the research, design, and testing of new technologies


• Assists management in the design of infrastructure processes and metrics within assigned area


• Interacts with customers and architects to define system requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications


• As a Wireless Network Lead Engineer/Architect, you will analyze hardware and/or applications for compliance with security protocols


• Trains team members on engineering best practices and serves as a functional team lead on projects and tasks


• Meets with management to provide updates on day-to-day activities and project statuses

REQUIREMENTS:

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline


• Generally, 8+ years of experience in a related field; Or MS/MA and generally 5+ years of experience in a related field


• Certification is required in some areas

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
