Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Camden, NJ that is seeking a Project Scheduler.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software


• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project

requirements and create accurate schedules

• Analyze project data, including scope, resources, and timelines, to identify critical path

activities and potential scheduling conflicts

• Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to reflect changes in scope,

resources, or timelines

• Identify risks and delays in the schedule proactively, propose mitigation strategies, and

communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders

• Generate reports and provide regular updates on project status, including schedule

performance metrics such as earned value analysis

• Conduct schedule reviews with project teams to ensure understanding of schedule logic,

dependencies, and milestones

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize

resource allocation

• Provide guidance on best practices for project scheduling using Primavera P6 software


• Occasional travel to other Holtec office locations as required


• Maintain training and fitness-for-duty requirements necessary for unescorted access to

NRC licensed facilities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Project Scheduler using Primavera P6 software


• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies


• Proficiency in creating complex schedules with Primavera P6 software, including

defining activities, assigning resources, setting dependencies, and managing baselines

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify critical path activities and assess

schedule risks

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams and

stakeholders at all levels

• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities


• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment and meet tight deadlines


• Experience preparing project resource histograms, performance analysis data, and

earned value analysis

• Proficient in MS Office Suite


• Collaboration and teamwork, ability to work with and thrive in a diverse and challenging

team environment

• Confident in seeking support where required

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field


• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification


• Integrated Master Scheduling experience, especially for the nuclear industry


• Experience in managing US government contracted projects


• Experience managing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management

(EPCM) schedules

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
