RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a DevOps Engineer - Mobile Application Development in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:

Duties:
CI/CD Pipeline Mastery:

• Design, enhance, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows


• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve pipeline issues for uninterrupted app delivery

Automated Mobile App Testing:

• Build and refine automated testing frameworks for mobile applications


• Maintain scalable and reliable test environments to ensure robust app quality

Build & Deployment:

• Manage build and deployment processes for iOS and Android platforms


• Optimize Gradle configurations for Android applications and collaborate with developers for efficient app distribution

Tooling & Monitoring:

• Utilize Datadog to track system performance and application health through KPIs and metrics


• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Bash, Python, and Ruby to drive process improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Gradle for Android app development


• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks for mobile apps


• In-depth knowledge of mobile application build and deployment processes for iOS and Android


• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog to ensure performance optimization


• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD for end-to-end build and deployment management


• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Bash, Python, and Ruby

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
